OUR COLLEGE CANTEEN A college canteen is a restaurant set up in the school campus to supply hygienic foods and drinks to its students and teacher. Our college begins at 8.00 am and ends at 4.00 pm. Most of the students have practical classes of different subjects. We have to stay longer. So it is not possible to pass this long period without taking any snack or tiffin. Moreover, sometimes teacher and students come to college without taking breakfast. Here lies the necessity of our college canteen. It is house in the ground floor of the main building. It is so spacious, neat and clean. The seating arrangement is so fine. There are many chairs and tables to sit and enjoy foods, hot tea, coffee, loaves of breads, banana, biscuits, sweets and various kinds of handmade snacks are available. OUR COLLEGE LIBRARY A college library is a place where the students and teachers can read and borrow books. Our college has a big library. It is housed in a separate two storied building. The library has a good collection. There are many almirahs. Both text and reference books on all subjects are available in the library. The books are arranged in different shelves according to subjects. In spite of a rich collection of books on current issues and topics are needed to keep pace with the time. A library is a store house of knowledge. A library satisfies our eternal desire for knowledge of the unknown and the unseen. A library plays an important role in the realm of knowledge. The students and the teachers of the college can read there and make notes. A library is a part and parcel of a college.

OUR CLASS ROOM The class room is the place where the classes are held to teach students.   My class room is in the ground floor of our school building. It is very spacious and well ventilated. It can accommodate seventy students. It has two doors and four wide windows. As a result the room gets sufficient air and light. The room is well electrified with four fans and three energy saving lights. We use the fans when it is necessary. There are twenty smooth high benches and twenty low benches for the seating arrangement of the students. There is a raised platform with a fine chair and table for the teacher. A white board is fixed on the wall and the teacher writes with white marker. The walls and the ceiling are brightly colored. There is no writing in the wall. We keep the class room neat and clean. We feel comfortable in the class room.

MY READING ROOM The room which is used for reading purpose is called reading room. Since I am a student, I have a separate reading room of my own. It faces the south. It is a big room. There are two doors and two spacious windows. Sunlight comes easily into my reading room. There are a table, a chair and a nice book shelf in my reading room. There is a table clock on the table. The books are nicely arranged. I also keep a diary in the desk and follow my own routine. I keep my reading room net6a and clean. It serves the purpose of my bed room also. My reading room offers a fine show. I do not allow anyone to create disturbance in my reading room. I feel comfortable in my reading room and I enjoy reading there.  

OUR COLLEGE CAMPUS My college is a renowned one in the country. It is extended over one hundred acres of land. It has a nice campus. It stands on the river Bhairab. The college consists of many buildings. There are separate buildings for arts, commerce and science faculties. The arts and the commerce buildings are on the south side of our college. The science building is near the administrative building. The Shaheed Minar is in front of the administrative building. There are seven hostels in the college campus. There are four ponds. There are different kinds of trees on the banks of the ponds. Trees stand on the way leading to different faculties. There are green trees all around the Shaheed Minar.
